I know nothingggg about cars and I had to come twice in one day, (my mistake, not theirs) and both times I came, the staff were very polite and patient with helping me find the correct bulb I needed for my car. SHOUTOUT TO ZACHERY! YOU WERE AMAZING BIG DAWG! I don’t remember the other staff member who helped me at first :( but SHOUTOUT TO YOU AS WELL BIG DAWG! 🩷

Your self checkout still requires associate assistance and manager approval. So it is not self checkout. The lady that did help me was very helpful. I use store like yours because I want right now service from a person. I don't want to self checkout. If I wanted self checkout, I would order everything online.
