- OKOleksandr KovalApr 3, 20261.0Hey man, I bought a Duralast battery from AutoZone a year ago. It comes with a 4-year warranty, and you can only buy this battery at AutoZone. After using it for just one year, it started to fail — my car struggles to start, even though the alternator is working fine and there’s no power drain at all. But they refused to do anything about it just because I lost my receipt. Customer service wouldn’t help and kept giving me useless responses. Honestly, I don’t recommend anyone buy batteries from AutoZone.
