  I journeyed to an AutoZone establishment, having ascertained that their services include an evaluation of one's automotive battery to determine whether it remains in optimal condition or necessitates replacement. An associate immediately rendered assistance, exhibiting consummate professionalism and offering copious information. He elucidated that their portable diagnostic system is capable of assessing not only the battery but also the starter and the alternator. Subsequent to the evaluation, he affirmed that all components were functioning within acceptable parameters. In appreciation of his invaluable aid, I proffered a gratuity of twenty dollars. I will definitely visit AutoZone again!

  Ordered a product online through their website that they said had in stock drove all the way to the store only to find out that they did not have it now I have to request a refund. Very frustrating. Inventory is not accurate.

  Long wait, disappointing. Person that waited on me wasn't very knowledgeable. I wanted a replacement side bulb. I asked if those bulbs were the kind you can't touch directly. He looked at me like I was crazy. And condescending said you aren't gonna get electrocuted. I said some bulbs you can't touch with bare hands. He was clueless and I was sold the wrong bulbs. I had to get another coworker to exchange them. Such a long hassle.
