  My battery died near the store today and Michelle did an amazing job getting me a jump so I could get to the store and she quickly checked my battery and replaced it getting me back on the road. Great service!

  I didn’t think going to AutoZone would be the highlight of my Thursday but I’m here to admit this it really was. Leslie was tremendously helpful and provided excellent, above-and-beyond support. I am so thankful to her! I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was my first visit to this AutoZone location, but I was more than pleasantly surprise. Well deserving of this 5 star review!

  Thank you Michelle! She saw me struggling in the windshield wiper section and helped me, AND she came out and put them on for me even though it was a raining outside lol. You’re the best!

  I went to AutoZone to return a battery I had purchased just yesterday, but they wouldn't accept it simply because it had been used for testing purposes—even though the battery cost me $308. The person who assisted me was a Black woman; there was a white American employee who was willing to exchange it for me, but she wouldn't allow him to do so, claiming that AutoZone does not accept returns. Do not visit this place—they are racist.
