  Just leaving Auto Zone on San Jose Blvd. Special thanks to Robert! Im a special needs mom that had a dead battery. Robert immediately asked me what was wrong & went to work. It was a faulty battery. He then asked if it was under warranty. Honestly, I didn't know, he then checked his computer. Thankfully, my battery was still under warranty. Robert just saved me hundreds of dollars!! NOW, THATS WHAT I CALL EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Finally, he put in the new battery & sent me on my way! If, you every need anything, ask for Robert.   I want to give Kevin a 5 star rating. I would give him 10, but can't. I bought wiper blades from him for my car and he replaced them. He did not have the rear wiper blade and I asked him if I bought it somewhere else would he install it for me. He said he would. He was a really nice guy, very professional, and I would definitely use this Autozone location again. Thank you so much Kevin
