I was trying to explain to John, a guy with white hair, I was needing a piece to made my car rotation; but I don’t know anything about that, if I can buy only one piece or the entire kit. This guy interrupted me very rude for first time and I didn’t say anything. Somebody else reached the kit and I tried to talk again because I didn’t know it going to work in my car and for second time he interrupted me again in the same rude way. I canceled the order right away telling him is very unprofessional talk like that to the consumer. Even when I wasn’t born in US, I have a very high level education as a lawyer and I know very well how to deal with clients and I’m not willing at all this kind of threat, specially in front of my son. Never in my life I’m going to buy something at AutoZone again.
