  I had a frustrating experience with this dealership. The final price came out 44% higher than the advertised price, mainly due to excessive and unclear fees. The salesperson did a great job and was helpful throughout the process, but the issues came when the manager stepped in to break down the numbers. I was told some of the charges were from a “title company” and didn’t count as dealer fees because they “weren’t making any money on it.” However, there were already separate charges listed for non-tax fees like title and tag, which made it feel like I was being charged multiple times for the same types of items. The explanations didn’t add up, and when I started questioning the numbers, the total changed. Overall, the pricing did not feel transparent or consistent. The structure of the fees felt misleading, and I would strongly recommend getting a detailed, itemized breakdown and questioning every charge before agreeing to anything.

  I am beyond grateful for the efforts that the Service Director Rob Spiewak in taking care of a challenging issue with my S5. Not only was the issue resolved but it now runs better than ever. This is not the first time he and his team (thank you Rachel) have exceeded expectations, and it will not likely be the last. Thank you all and to my dear friends the Hanania family!

  I worked with Gersy, Von, and James. They were welcoming, dedicated, and all around amazing. The dealership is clean, updated, and comfortable. A massive selection of new and used cars and they are more than willing to work with your budget and make it happen. After a car sale it can feel like they rush you out and move on, but Audi OP was genuinely happy and excited to see someone get their brand new keys.

  Dealing with Steve Von Clausburg was one the best car buying experiences I ever had. If your looking for honesty integrity and customer focused service highly recommend him.

  I was just able to in 48 hours from 3000 miles away on FaceTime buy a car from Aiden who was an outstanding salesman. He gave me a great video walk-through the car within minutes. I arranged for a third-party to come out on my behalf a couple hours later to drive and test the car for me. Couple hours later, we did the paperwork and I own the car. This was all within about five hours for me finding the car online. The price was great too Then Aiden arranged to have the car dropped off at a customer upholstery shop where I’m having the interior redone. I highly recommend this dealership. They didn’t know me from anyone. I was just a person who fell out an online form, saying I was interested in the car.
