  They sold me a car that needed repairs, and makes an ungodly loud squealing noise, and lucky for me that noise doesn’t happen until it gets warm. So it passed the test drive then squealed the whole way home. I reached out to the dealership hoping they would do the honorable thing and fix their mistake, but they refused. There’s no honor in car sales, I know, but I do tend to hope for the best in people. I was actually prepared to come home and write a glowing review because they were so nice and accommodating with the loan/price, but now I know why. They knew they were taking advantage of a mom of 2 (one of which is still a newborn) and they were more than okay with that. Bummer!

  I purchased a Audi Q3 @Audi of jacksonville fl. my salesman Scott Robeson ! Is the guy for sure ,he performed excellent customer service with no hassles very polite & respectful & explained everything i needed to know thoroughly ! answered every question ,me being a first time buyer @ Audi on Atlantic my experience was great ! No complaints ..shout out to Scott R. & team you guys rock ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I visited this Audi showroom today expecting a professional and transparent experience, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. In my experience, the staff showed a lack of professionalism and the overall customer service was poor. At one point, an agent made a comment that felt inappropriate and made the situation uncomfortable. I was initially given a quote that was about $11,000 higher than the MSRP of the vehicle. When I pointed out the official price online, the agent returned with a manager and the explanation was unclear and confusing. Only after further discussion did they adjust the price closer to the actual number, and even then it still felt high. I was interested in leasing, but the overall experience left me feeling uneasy and not confident in the process. The service felt disorganized and not customer-focused.

  Came out of town to Jacksonville on a vacation and decided to just go to the dealership. My plans wasn't to actually get a vehicle. My main thing was just going to look to get an idea of what I wanted. When I got there I met Justin. He was so sure that I was going to leave with a vehicle and he was right. His customer service was excellent and he was very patient and understanding. He made the process very smooth and answered every question I asked. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a vehicle. Thank you again Justin and everyone else who made sure I got the car I had my eyes on not only did they get me in the car I wanted but a newer version of it and I can't think them enough very grateful for everything. Great Dealership !!

  I bought a 2017 Nissan Ultima 2.5. I am a college student. I checked the carfax sheet. They told me the car was in good condition. There was no problems. I didn’t even drive it 100 miles and I had to replace the motor mounts with labor $1100 and then I had to replace the mass flow sensor 400+ labor. I believe you should right your wrong. I put $2500 down in good faith and the woman sales person and team lied to me. I looked up who owns Audi- Jack I know you have children, and you have a daughter. I would like to know would you do this to her? Do you think this is acceptable being the owner and this your name is on this purchase? I would challenge you to right this wrong and offer me back a part of my down payment. I look forward to hearing from you. You know when you do good things good things come to you but when you do bad things bad things come to you also it’s called karma. I hope moving forward you will service your cars. You will have integrity. You will treat people the way you would treat your family and I hope I hear from you that you would be willing to give me some of my down payment that would really help me as a college student. Thank you.
