  0 STARS I was conned out of $155 for a diagnostic test that I was told would tell me exactly what’s wrong with my car. I dropped my car off at 9 AM in the morning and didn’t get a call until after 3 foot around three 4 o’clock that my car was ready mind you I had to call between like one and two to see what was going on with my car cause I didn’t get any communication then I was told it was going to be needed for them to take apart my transmission in order for them to tell me what’s going on when I was previously told that with the diagnostic that they were going to be running was gonna take a couple hours and then they would be able to tell me exactly what’s wrong with my car so then once I get the final car, just tell me that my car is ready. They try to tell me that they need to take apart my transmission and if they have to, it could be $4000 for them to have to fix everything when initially I called in the morning right after they open to make sure to get all the information if I brought my car here it’ll be OK I was not only was. I lied to the staff was rude and had no type of consideration about being lied to.

  Got a remanufactured transmission from them and have less that 40 miles on it and it's already took a crap,they won't honor their warranty

  Had 2 American trans installed in my 2014 Silverado. The first one lasted about 8k miles before I had a bad shudder. Had that replaced under warranty , And now after 600 miles the new trans has a torque converter shudder. BEWARE 6l80 trans from these guys have major problems with the torque converter

  They do not hold up to their warranty whatsoever had a 2005 Sierra 2wd 4l60e done a brand new transmission they didn’t bolt it up right so the tailhouse busted from too much pressure with the bolts now refuse to warranty wish I could give lower than 1 star.
