- HHHarrisonApr 15, 20261.0Will never shop here again. Went to to get a battery for our sons 2021 Camry 4 Cylinder. A salesman by the name of Daxtin helped me. Gave me a price then said he recommended the AGM. I said no thank you. He again tried to sell me on it and I decline. He gets the battery, then says he needs to verify the size. Goes out with my son to.look and comes back in and has the audacity to tell me the car has an AGM battery in it. No.... it in fact does not. He had the gall to double down without even knowing. That is the literal definition of ignorant. A Toyota 375LN2-MF is NOT an AGM battery. How did he "know" it was an AGM when it doesn't say anything about being an AGM. So that's what y'all do now? Blatantly lie to the customer to upsell them? Incredibly disappointing as I've been shopping there for 6 years now. Will start going to O'Reillys now on San Jose. 4 mins more of a drive but worth it to not be lied to.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
