    Had mechanic state my battery was going bad. Provided picture. My truck would not start a week later and had to charge slow before it would start. Took to this location and person just said “my scanner said battery is fine”. They don’t want to honor their agreement because some other scanner says different from what a reputable mechanic has. Like my truck wouldn’t start because it’s lacking cranking amps bro.

    I purchased 5 lugg bolts for my vehicle from Zach, as I was tightening the bolts, I realise I was given the wrong ones because they're too long. Upon returning them, I was met with attitude and unnecessary rudeness from Zach and the shorter middle aged gentleman with long hair. I did not get the long haired man's name because I was very upset with how I was being treated and did not pay attention. At first i was told that they wont take them back and questioned by the long haired man, who rudely asked " did you HAVE to use all 5? Im not taking these back" I replied with "its a lug bolt... who tightens one all the way before putting more in? I didn't know they didn't fit until i tried to tighten them all the way and they wouldnt go any further" After that, I suggested that they had given me wrong ones, and Zach said no they weren't. I then asked if we could look at the vehicle a year up from mine to see if those match, Zach told me "im not going to sit here and guess which ones are right". Even though I had the original lug bolt with me and you could clearly see a difference. Then he continued to tell me I must not know what year or make/model my car is. I ended up getting frustrated and going to autozone, who sold me a set that fit perfectly with no attitude or issues on the first try. I was not going to leave a negative review because I have been coming this store for several years now with no issues. But since that happened, ive been in there twice and had the long haired man and Zach as my cashier and was greeted with the same attitude that makes me feel like im an inconvenience. I will not be returning to this store as long as I see them in there. Literally everyone else in there, that i have dealt with over the years, were great people and a pleasure to deal with. I am not the only customer who feels this way, as I left there today I overheard a woman complaining that zach looked and acted like he didn't want to be there, and she was not happy either. I am sorry for the long message, but I hope it reaches the eyes of someone who can go see for themselves.

    Super nice. Not helpful. kindly and efficiently found the part number. Gave no recommendation or information for correct style. Closed me out with a friendly nod. But ignored my hunch that it might not be right. “Be blessed” he said but didn’t help when I came back in and showed a picture that it looked different. Gently reminded me it was their system’s recommendations and was very happy to let me return it if it was the wrong part. Went home and “was blessed” with wasted time and finding out that it was indeed the wrong part. Brought it back and he refunded me without question, but didn’t show interest to fix the issue when I showed him the correct part. “That’s weird” he said. “Have a nice day, brother.” He said it with a smile and I drove away unhelped in no general direction to some other random parts place.
