  South Jacksonville 3rd Street A1A I was pleasantly surprised at the GREAT customer service. Caleb was very helpful and professional. Nice to visit a repair shop that doesn’t try to take you to the cleaners. I will definitely be back. Very happy with the entire experience.

  While driving down for a weekend trip to Jacksonville Beach, my vehicle began to have a decently dramatic vibration in the steering that could also be felt on the floor. I booked an appointment online to have an alignment, assuming that could be the issue. It took me all of 2 minutes to book the appointment through the website, the entire process was a breeze. Upon arriving we were greeted by an employee and welcomed in. Check-in was swift and painless— a quick verification of our information, and a few diagnostic questions about our vehicle and the vibrations. After that Caleb formally introduced himself and handed us his business card. We handed over the keys and took a stroll to check out the top tier selection of stores and restaurants in the adjacent shopping center. About 20 minutes later, we returned and were updated immediately about what they had noticed once they got my vehicle up on the lift. They took their time breaking down the mechanisms of the items that were in major need of replacement. They used visuals and verbal explanations that were precise yet easy to understand. Caleb took us to the desk and had a concise estimate ready. We were introduced to Bobby, he added further input to the diagnosis and the work he would perform. They both took the time to break down all the parts of it, as we went over the options. Politely provided us a little space to discuss it over and make a decision. We decided to get the work completed. They were able to get the parts required in what seemed to be within 30 minutes. There were quite a few unforeseen setbacks, due to extreme wear on my vehicle discovered during the attempt to remove the dangerously worn parts to be replaced. All this to say, Caleb and Bobby worked incessantly to get my family and I back on the road to begin our journey home. They were the epitome of professionalism and customer service. We were updated and informed every step of the way and I cannot say enough good praises about this location. Every employee in this store has a level of customer service that is truly unmatched. Whomever is manning the front desk is consistently answering phone calls with enthusiasm and greeting every person who walks through the door with a huge smile and warm welcome. Spacious waiting room areas with a Roku TV. Hot coffee, magazines, and clean restrooms! Thank you to Caleb, Bobby & Team!

  Caleb R was amazing. I walked in on a busy day with an almost flat tire. Caleb stopped what he was doing and immediately gave me the options. Decided to put on the spare. He got it done in 15 minutes. He was incredibly friendly and to top it all off, he did not charge me to change out the tire. I highly recommend you go to this Goodyear for all of your tire needs.

  Absolutely recommend. Went here because my work truck developed a coolant leak at my first stop at the Beaches. Drive in when they opened and met Caleb at the front desk area, he's the manager. I'm not a regular client as I live in st John's and he could have made me wait die to this. But he recognized my dilemma being stranded and got me in nearly right away. Correctly diagnosed the problem and the guys in the shop got me underway and repaired in far less time than I definitely feared. Again, reasonably priced, attention to detail, and friendly help. Try your auto service with these great people
