  I made a reservation and showed up 745am and they said they had no cats until 9am. That's crazy! I was dropped off and have to sit around doing nothing. Go somewhere else!

  Don't rent a car from here unless your life depends on it, or maybe not. I was given a vehicle with little to no gas in it. I understand gas in Florida is expensive, but come on, dude. The previous driver should have filled up the tank before dropping off the vehicle, and if they hadn't, it should have been properly juiced up for the next person. The car needed it's tires airred up by the second or third day. I stopped by Enterprise to get air in the tires. The gal inside told me their air pump hadn't been working, and I might have to go down the street to get air. Luckily, when she went out to ask the dude if the air pump was back in service, it was. The same day of getting air in the tires, the windshield washer fluid sensor came on. The vehicle's seats didn't rise up, so I couldn't safely see out the windshield. I had to fold up my hoodie and sit on it like a damn booster seat. Inside the car it smelled like cigarettes. There were burn holes in the interior. Furthermore, the people who work here knew I was coming for a vehicle. I had requested a Chevrolet Equinox or similar a couple of days prior to picking up the vehicle, and there was a time of pick-up on the rental form. The dude gave me the option of a vehicle. One was a car (something I hadn't requested) and an Eclipse Cross. There wasn't much choice... Next time, I will be renting a vehicle from the airport. They maintain the vehicles at their car rental locations, and there is more of a selection.

  Great experience. The car was great and very clean when I picked it up. Great staff who were very helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely rent from here again.

  Enterprise car on 3rd is the best in city rental bar none. Friendly staff. Great cars. Reasonable pricing. My go to every time.
