Technician managed to strip all four locks on each of four separate tires by using the wrong drill to unlock the wheel lock (I handed the wheel key to the technician before I got out of the vehicle upon arrival), and somehow not noticing this as he went from wheel to wheel. The locks could not be fully tightened or removed after this since they and the key were now stripped. And further the technician also separately misthreaded another wheel nut on a tire requiring an entirely new wheel assembly on that wheel to repair. Most interesting part was the 'technician' explaining this after and saying "I really haven't dealt with tires before". You've been warned people.
