The manager, Catherine (Catie), is hands down the best manager I have ever dealt with. She is smart, knowledgeable, and makes every rental experience easy and completely hassle free. I always feel taken care of here. The rest of the team is fantastic as well. The assistant manager is always lovely, the driver is friendly, and everyone goes out of their way to make the process smooth. I can rent from many other companies, but Catie is one of the biggest reasons I choose Enterprise every time. I can’t say enough great things about her and the whole Jacksonville Beach team.
