    I was thinking of finding another car wash because I didn’t have the best experience last time I was there. But today Bradley did a great job cleaning my car. He did a very detailed/ professional job. Also his costumer service skills are outstanding! I will definitely will keep this place as my first choice. Good job on hiring great people!

    The office staff were kind and professional. Whoever detailed my vehicle lacked attention to detail, wax was left on various parts of the vehicle, scratches on the door that weren't there before are now there, the wheel wells were not wiped down and crevices of door jams were not cleaned/ wiped down thoroughly. I ordered the bumper-to-bumper service specifically since I needed to ship my vehicle overseas. Friday evening however, I found myself cleaning door jams, wheel wells, gas cap area, and the area around the windshield wipers.

    This is the second terrible experience I’ve had with this place so I won’t be coming back. They also moved my seats forward and they will not go back now.

    As I drove by on my way to Luv's, I saw quite a few team members working on an SUV. I thought, why do I want to do this vacuuming and cleaning when they could do the job better and faster. So, I turned around and I went back and I I was so glad I did. Inside and out that car looks great! Well done team!
