  I wanted to take a moment to recognize the team at the Inverness, Florida location. The staff at this location is consistently some of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve worked with. I’ve visited many times and always receive excellent service. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help truly stand out. Please pass along my appreciation to the entire team. They represent Enterprise very well.

  You know if your renting car, you're having a bad day. These guys made everything very positive. Nice environment. Very professional. Mostly true caring about their clients

  Extremely poor communication. No interest in resolving issues with a reservation, just shows the customer the door. Have rented here before but will never again and likely never any other Enterprise location either.

  I would give this Inverness location a negative 100 ⭐️ if I could! they are very deceitful liars will say you caused damage to a vehicle that you did not cause damage to they do not hold the video surveillance to prove the damages. They do not do a walk arounds with you before or after getting the vehicle stating that they are busy and they lie and try and get you to pay for damages that were on a vehicle before you received it. When you call damage control, they tell you that they only hold a video surveillance for 30 days and then they send you a letter two months later. And the branch manager, Leo is a liar as well. I have rented after this incident with the Inverness location in the Homosassa location and had no issues with them. They did the walk around before we got the car and the walk around after we brought the car back and they were very pleasant to work with.
