Came in for a battery warranty and she would not honor it because it was supposed to have a sticker on it because it was commercial. I called the store I purchased it from and they said i could bring it to any store. She found the purchase but would not help. So after making some phone calls to upper management we were able to get the issue resolved. Stepheanie the store manager was great.
