We walked around the store for a bit and wasn't asked if we needed help. When we stood by thr front counter we were helped by a grumpy "Gus". We gave him the information and he just tells us the product number. He didn't bother telling us what aisle it was on, let alone showing us where it was. Usually, parts stores are more helpful and customer friendly than the service we received this trip.
