  Staff is very kind and helpful. Was having issues with a battery and lost one of the nuts that hold wire to the terminal in the parking lot, the young lady helped me search for it and even let me borrow a magnetic stick "picker-upper" to help me locate it. We found it in the end and solved the issue. Thanks again.

  I returned two items from a purchase I made I paid half cash and some On my bank card. I gave my bank card to my contractor to pick up supplies. It was a debit cardthey would not give me a refund or put the difference of seven dollars on my bank card of the same bank. now I will return the whole purchase and buy it at your competitor. Thank you for making things difficult for a customer when they’re trying to do a multiple things in the middle of moving will never do business With auto zone again

  Manager got nasty when I declined to provide a phone number for a pre-paid order-to-store part that would come out of their Tampa warehouse tomorrow morning. I've actually ordered parts from this exact store on the past without providing any telephone number. This is the last time I'm having a bad experience with this company... Taking my business elsewhere and you're blacklisted as a vendor on the future.

  Kyle found the wiper blades I needed (after Napa told me they would have to be special ordered) and he installed them for me. Wonderful customer service
