I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation thinking that it should take an hour at most. It’s been over 2 hours. Still not done. It would be better if they didn’t have an appointment available if they are too busy. What’s the point of making an appointment? Had I been told it would be so long I could have rescheduled or planned for a drop off. Disappointed in the length of wait. Price was appropriate. Ask for coupon.
