  We had a terrible experience with this dealership. My husband bought a truck from them, and within just ONE week it started having problems. We brought it back and they kept the truck for a few days claiming they were going to try to fix the issue. After all that time, they called my husband and said they were no longer going to work on it because they “weren’t going to work for free.” That response was honestly shocking. If you sell a vehicle that breaks down almost immediately, that’s not “working for free” that’s taking responsibility for what you sold. They also tried justifying that the truck was bought “as is” along with a bunch of other excuses trying to shift the blame onto us instead of just taking accountability. you don’t expect a vehicle to start breaking down just days after purchasing it. It wouldn’t have even been that big of an issue that it was sold “as is” if they had just been honest from the start about the problems the truck had. This dealership clearly has no problem selling faulty vehicles and then avoiding accountability when something goes wrong. Customer service was disappointing, and the lack of honesty is even worse. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else unless you’re willing to take the risk of being stuck with a defective vehicle and no support.

  Syann was amazing to work with! She started communicating with me on Marketplace and was so kind, thoughtful, and responsive from the beginning. She always kept me updated and sent me the car information in a timely way. The whole buying process was smooth and pleasant. I bought this car as a gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves it. We had a very happy experience. If you go to this dealership, definitely ask for Syann!

  Tony did a wonderful job working with me and helping me get into a vehicle that suits my growing needs being pregnant with twins! Very kind, caring and upfront about everything unlike most dealerships! He worked with me on my credit and discussed different options. Very personable and down to earth guy and business. I highly recommend!

  Updating my review because we finally got out of the contract. Overpriced vehicles with high interest rates. First time buyers and unfortunately we paid $17,000 with a 13% rate for a car that was worth maybe $10,000 at the time. Luckily we got out of the deal thanks to Lokey Subaru helping us out. We are now in a 2026 Forester with a 2.9% interest rate I’d recommend just going to the actual dealer. These guys buy auctioned cars and then put a hefty price tag on them that aren’t worth it. I may also add, their shop they have is absolutely useless. Brought the original car in for CV Axles that Subaru said were bad. We had a clicking when turning. These guys looked at it and said it wasn’t the axles….. It ended up being the axles and thank god we didn’t pay this shop to do it. They’re under the NAPA name and what a disgrace to be under that name with techs like that.
