- ABAndrew Bisbing2 days ago1.0I took a brand new wheel in to have a tire installed. The tire was fine, but I had to ask them to balance the wheel and tire . They were not going to do it. I find it hard to believe that they thought it was okay to not balance a wheel. That was what I paid for. The real reason for the poor review is they took a gouge out of my brand new wheel 🙄 Doesn't anyone take pride in their work ? There's been issues with other Mavis locations too. Seems like Mavis is all about lip service with a smile, not 100% good customer service

- ALAngie LeithFeb 7, 20265.0I want to let everyone know how great this shop is. Mavis Tire 12229 Little Rd Hudson, FL 34667. On Saturday February 7th, I had a low tire pressure issue and took it in to have this checked out. I walked in and was warmly greeted by Erik and Dillion informed them of my concern with low tire pressure light had come on so I wasn’t sure if it was a sensor or something in the tire they took some information and Erik pulled my car into one of the bays and then spoke with technician Steven about what needed to be checked out Steven thoroughly checked all the tires to make sure the tire sensors were working and then checked each tire to see if there was anything in the tire and he found something in the right rear tire removed it and was able to patch it Steven came into the waiting area and explained everything that he had done and showed me what he removed from the tire I thanked him for taking the time to explain everything to me so that I wouldn’t have any worries and I would feel safe driving my car I had a great experience with these gentleman very friendly knowledgeable they took very good care of me and would highly recommend this shop for any car repair service. Thank you so much for you guys do it is greatly appreciated
