    Ericsson is absolutely fantastic and always makes it such an easy, quick, enjoyable experience, I was never a fan of renting cars it was always a pain until I found these guys, honestly I will not go anywhere else as long as he’s at this location I believe Emily helped me as well and she was also very friendly kind and quick! Both Definitely deserve a raise!! Always friendly helpful and willing to work with you!! Highly recommend!! Thanks again man!

    This place is awful and I'll never go back they told me to drop off at a different location because they didn't want to deal with an upset woman that was running late I had the money for another lease on a different rental mind you I been in constant communication with these "people" from the day my insurance stopped paying, they completely left me stranded in Hudson with no transportation back to Bushnell they are liars and heatless and I'd never rent anither vehicle ever again and I hope they lose a lot of customers since they probably didn't just treat me this way I'm sure it's

    Online system allows you to reserve a car and when you get there no cars available any size… what is the point of making me go to the office ??? Very unprofessional and poor customer service. You are advertising a service that you do not have available.
