After being turned away from another AutoZone location, I was greeted with a smile and given exceptional service here at the 52 & 19 store. Jorge, the assistant manager, was very helpful. I was returning rotors under the warranty I had and he took the old ones out of my car for me and refunded my money in no time at all. Thank you Jorge for taking the time to help me with my car needs. It was greatly appreciated!
