- LLLindaDec 6, 20255.0My husband has a commercial account with them and is most satisfied with the fact that every driver makes sure to deliver in a timely manner and the commercial manager Jeff is always respectful and helpful when talking with us over the phone! All of the employees are so nice and respectful anytime we come into the store….although the last time my daughter and i were in the store we could overhear the manager helen i believe is her name bad mouthing another employee to who ever she was on the phone with. Sorry but if you want to act like a high school girl and gossip on the phone about another employee at least do it when you’re not at work and where customers cant hear you. As for the other associate that was working he must be new but he was definitely helpful and kept apologizing for his manager when he shouldn’t have to as she is a grown woman!
- AAAnchors AweighDec 2, 20255.0Today, I went to Advance Auto Parts because I needed a new battery, as the battery that I had bought from there in May of this year was bad & my car was making a clicking noise when I'd turn the ignition to start it. The associate who took care of me was Mary Elizabeth who did a very thorough job. She attached a computer memory device so my Toyota's anti-theft alarm system wouldn't go off, nor my car stereo settings, & clock. She then ran a battery, starter, & alternator test & all 3 test results were good. I've been to this particular Advance Auto Parts numerous times, & all the staff members are stellar.
