  I’d like to thank Mavis Tires & Breaks for being so kind & helpful in making sure I got home today. I was traveling from Florida back to Virginia when I noticed a bubble on my tire. I called in & they were immediately accommodating even though they had already been working relentlessly through the heat & being short staffed all morning/ afternoon. I’d also like to give a huge shout out to Will! He went above and beyond in service & I have nothing but gratitude for him. He was truly a blessing & I hope I’ll be able to come back & repay him for his kindness.

  You guys once again nailed it!!! Thank you for fixing my daughter’s car!!! They are so happy to have her up and running again! Thank you Jaime for all you help and constant communication with us. We will be a continued customers of yours. Highly recommended to everyone in the area.

  We had a flat tire and are new to the area. There was an employee Zach who went above and beyond… he was probably the friendliest person we’ve ever met… he definitely won us over with his service …. We will always bring our vehicles when needed back…. Thank you for making a tough/stressful situation very easy…

  Jaime was awesome! He was friendly, informative, and sold me the correct tire rather than him making more money with a more expensive tire! He also was able to change my tire out even though they were short handed today! This guy gives you great service so you are satisfied with their work and that he did absolutely for sure! Thank you Jaime!

  Needed my tire plugged on a Sunday. Went in about noon (found out about tire at 11) and they were busy. Made an appointment to come back at 3. Showed up at 2:50 and was turned away. They could help next day at 8 am but I work at 7 in Crystal River. My last experience with them wasn’t great either. Sucks because I was going to see about getting some actual and expectedly pricey services done but now I will be going elsewhere. Avoid unless it’s an emergency and expect to wait for hours. Appointment not needed because they won’t honor it.
