My Girlfriend was trying to cash in her rewards with her rewards card and they took the points but charged her for everything. And when she asked for them to fix it they refused and instead argued until we didn't want to be served anymore. We finally got our money back. But they continued to be rude as we were leaving.

Unhelpful, when asked a question you get a snarky response and a rude face. This is the second time I’ve come in where she’s acted hostile to customers right in front of me.
