  Brought my Tesla Model 3 in for quick tire service and was pleasantly surprised. I was a bit nervous about the battery lift points, but the staff was knowledgeable and handled the car with care. The service was much faster and more affordable than the dealership. Great spot for Tesla owners looking for a quick turnaround without the 'Tesla tax.

  I'd like to say that I was very impressed with the service that I received. The price was right and the job was completed fast. I'd like to mention the young man who was a tremendous help and kept me informed. His name is Zach. He's a real professional and has great customer service skills. I'd recommend Mavis to everyone.   Audrey Dylan and P did amazing had a bit of issues with the computer and their character and professionalism made everything all worth while to come back. Those small details are so key and important as a mechanic. I love the attention to one small detail like installing new valve stem when I know so many can be lazy about doing it. Thank you. Definitely 5 of 5 coming back for future needs. As long as these 3 are still there

  Needed to come back for windshield wipers and alignment and Zach was able to get me in and out in record time. Mavis in homosassa is my new jam Zach is an amazing tech and salesman. I am a professional always short on time. Zach and team quickly assessed my vehicle needs, and worked with fellow techs to meet my time restraints. I am truly grateful to have encountered him and the team. Their professionalism is top notch. I will definitely be back

  When I tell you i didn't want to come to mavis today, I didn't. The last time I was there over 6mo ago, I swore I'd never be back. But life has a funny way of getting you to do things you dont wanna do sometimes, and honestly im so thankful I did. From the moment I stepped out my vehicle, I was immediately greeted by a young man named Zach. This young man impressed the hell out of me. Immediately I felt the need to let him know how much I DIDNT like this place and proceeded to tell him all the reasons why I stopped coming here. He just listened, and apologized for the way things happened before. He told me that if he was treated the same way, that'd he'd feel the exact same way. Then he told me that as long as hes there, id never be treated that way again. The amount of genuine concern, and knowledge he shared with me was something I hadn't experienced from a business in a long time. Reminded me of when people used to actually care about others, and not just what they could get from them. To whomever has had a bad experience at this location and you havent been back in a while, I encourage you to come just one more time. Mavis in homosassa is no longer the place i knew it to be. There used to be a big guy who used to run the place, but if hes still there he needs to take notes on how this young man handles his customers. During the time that I was there not only did he take great care of me, he also, what is consistently Taking care of everyone else as well. You could tell that even the employees genuinely respected him. This young man has a lot of potential, and zach if you see this, and I hope you do, i want you to know that I'm praying for your family and that you need to hang in there because you have so much potential.And I thank you might have found you're calling. From this moment on, mavis has officially regained my respect and my business. Keep an eye on this young man, hes going to do something big one day! I don't like to do these kinds of things, and truth be told the only reviews that I seem to ever do are generally negative. I have an iPhone, so When I got home, I asked my spouse to use his phone to do this. But this time, i really felt the need to sing the praises of this shop. Ladies and gentlemen, if you need anything whatsoever, come down down to mavis here in homosassa. P.s. GET SOME COFFEE AND VENDING MACHINES PLEASE!!! 10 OUT OF 10 RECCOMEND
