- VVVDec 22, 20251.0Reserved a 7 passenger vehicle, the day before they call me and tell me that they only have a 5 passenger vehicle. Apparently, when we got there they expected us to strap the other two family members to the hood or roof or just tie them to the bumper and drag them down the street for as long as they could keep up. They claimed they would try and located me a 7 passenger but they never called back and they didn’t answer the phone the rest of the day….As Jerry Seinfeld once said…They know how to take a reservation, they just dont know how to HOLD the reservation….and that is really the entire point of the reservation, isnt it? Also, the lobby reaks of urine….yes…urine.
