    It was very easy to work with the Enterprise representative. He brought the rental to where my truck was being repaired and when the repairs were finished, the repair shop held the car for the representative to pick it up. All this was also coordinated with my insurance company. Very satisfied @

    Outstanding polite and professional service from Tom! I could not have asked for a better experience renting a car while my vehicle was in for repairs after having been rear ended. The Mazda CX-5 I was provided with was great.

    Reserved a 7 passenger vehicle, the day before they call me and tell me that they only have a 5 passenger vehicle. Apparently, when we got there they expected us to strap the other two family members to the hood or roof or just tie them to the bumper and drag them down the street for as long as they could keep up. They claimed they would try and located me a 7 passenger but they never called back and they didn’t answer the phone the rest of the day….As Jerry Seinfeld once said…They know how to take a reservation, they just dont know how to HOLD the reservation….and that is really the entire point of the reservation, isnt it? Also, the lobby reaks of urine….yes…urine.
