I asked him if he could put it aside with my name on it and hold it until I got there they said yes but when I got there, they didn’t have it and he said he got busy and he forgot no excuses. I will not do business with advanced auto especially if they can’t do what they say they’re going to do for their customers.

It's not crowded with stuff, thankfully, so there's plenty of room to walk the isles to find what you need. It sucks walking into a store & feeling claustrophobic bcuz they've got ALL their over-stock on the sales floor so there's barely any room to turn around inside. This place fortunately wasn't like that. The employees were dressed appropriately in their store uniforms appearing clean & well kept. They were also nice enough, pleasant customer service skills. The only sorta negative thing I can bring up is their lack of mechanical knowledge. As with most auto parts stores these days, you don't need any mechanical knowledge to get hired since you can look everything up on the computer now. That's sometimes frustrating for customers looking for something inparticular but the employee isn't able to help it keeps offering the wrong tools &/or parts bcuz they don't have the mechanical knowledge needed to understand what the customer actually needs. But, that's not just at Advance Auto it happens, it's ALL auto parts stores that it can be an issue. Other than that, it's a good place to find what you need most the time. I still give this store 2 things up👍👍
