  He tenido la mala experiencia con esta agencia que me han sustraído dinero de mi cuenta de banco sin mi autorización y tuve que reportar a mi banco para suspender mi tarjeta!! Recomiendo tener mucho cuidado con esta situación y esta agencia !! No la recomiendo!!!

  Great service and Michael is the guy to do your booking, had to wait for the car quite a bit but he was understanding and offered an upgrade and they work hard in this location and the return was no fuss and quick, definitely will rent from here again

  Aylin, in Florida City provided excellent customer service ,very attentive and patient, even when she was sometimes working alone with no support. I went in person to renew. The rest of the staff was also very attentive. Although I had a great experience with the car, the price wasn’t ideal. They should lower their prices; there’s strong competition out there. I had it for one month and one day, as I was looking for a car to purchase. Still, the Highlander is very good.
