I was holding my small dog in my arms when a rude woman approached me and said that dogs are not allowed inside because of the food on the grill. I calmly informed her that my dog is a service animal. Instead of listening or showing any respect, she very rudely replied, “Well, real service dogs wear belts.” I told her that while my dog wasn’t wearing a vest at the time, I could show her the certification if needed. She sarcastically responded that dogs still weren’t allowed, completely dismissing everything I said in the most disrespectful way. There was no sign at the entrance saying dogs weren’t allowed, and even if there had been, her attitude was completely unacceptable — especially when speaking to someone with a service animal. It makes me wonder how they treat people with special needs in general if this is their standard of customer service. This experience left a really bad impression, and I hope management addresses this lack of training and professionalism.

They have an ice cream bar, coffee bar and my favorite slurpees. They also have all the snacks you need. This store is clean and the lines go fast. I highly recommend this Race Trac.
