When my son passed away in a tragic accident, the manager gave 100% attention to both my repair needs and to me personally during that difficult time. When I arrived on time, they told me I had to wait at least 4 hours. Unbelievable! Even with an appointment, they make you wait that long. I decided to leave. I’m never coming back to this center. It’s pathetic to keep customers waiting like that — if they can’t guarantee and respect appointments and the customer’s time, they shouldn’t even be open
