- CCCSRNov 13, 20252.0I went in the other day for a service to be done on my vehicle. They lift it up, completely pushing out my fender and side skirt. it takes them 30 mins to even address the car. I bring it up to Jose whose the owner very politely. "hey, you're bending my fender can you please relift it" he catches an attitude as if it's car he's damaging. He continues with the job, giving attitude the entire time. I can hear him talking bad about me to the staff, I stay quiet. Not only does he charge me the most for the job, he over torqued the bolt completely ruining the bushing the bolt holds down. And to add insult to injury, he talks to me as if he's doing me a favor! Like he isn't being paid for his work. In the end I bring up his attitude towards customers to his staff and their response was "That's just how he is, he's old school" as if that's any type of excuse. I would never go back, I would stay clear of this shop.

- EPEdgar PerezOct 30, 20251.0Tuve una mala experiencia en ese taller Por favor no vallan ahí yo fui para chequear mi carro y un señor trabajador salió ahí y le pregunte cuanto cobran por el estimado y no me dijo nada del precio solo agarro mi llave. Rápidamente fue a chequear mi carro y cuando terminó me dijeron que era una bobina que esta mal y un total era $250 y le dije que iba venir temprano al día siguiente para que me hagan el trabajo y me dijeron que tenia que pagar $110 por diagnosticar y eso no me dijeron desde un principio y sino no lo iba a pagar no me lo iban dar mi carro🥹 son unos ladrones. Por favor🙏🏻 no vallan en ese taller Gonzalez auto center.
