I paid for the first week while my car was in service, and then the Chevy dealer took over the rental account. The switch was seamless—no issues at all. Enterprise did charge a $50 fee during the transition, but it was fully refunded when I returned the vehicle to the Chevy dealer. Overall, the customer service was excellent. Thank you, Enterprise, for making the process easy and stress-free!

I go through their registration process only for them to tell me they don't accept credit cards from my banking institution. Which is fine, that's their priority but if they knew ahead of time that this was their policy, why not make me aware of that before I make to reservation to avoid this inconvenience?
