No one from enterprise went with me to pick up vehicle at Florida city location. Car was dirty and scratched up. The key fob battery was low. Horrible experience and customer service.
- KPKimberly PerezNov 24, 20253.0I went on a Wednesday to rent a car and I got it for 2 days.I called customer service on Thursday to get the car for an extra day I asked at what time do I turn it in on Saturday and she told me anytime before 6:00.I went to turn in the car on Saturday after 5:00 and when I got there they was closed. I saw a worker there and I explain to him and he said there’s nothing he can do that they closed at 5:00 I ask him if he can go back to the voice call and hear the conversation but he insisted that there’s nothing he can do. I asked to speak to the manager because there’s no way I was going to pay an extra day when the car had to be turned in by 1:00 the next day because that’s the time they close and he said he was the manager there’s nothing he can do so I had no other choice but to just take the rental for another day.When I left he didn't open the gate so I can exit so I had to pay $24 because I didn’t have the ticket.When I return the next day I asked to speak to the manager but wasn’t there. I spoke with Micheal he was actually really helpful he apologized in behalf of his co-worker he didn’t charged me for that extra day and he also gave me the $24 back I was really satisfied with his help I give him 5 stars.
