  8 am reservation...its 9:10 and still no car... Now I'm reading their reviews and this is normal for them, avoid this place at all costs.

  Got kicked out for respectfully asking how much longer for my rental to be ready because it had been an hour. While the gentleman was checking, the woman very rudely told me she had let me know on the phone it would be awhile but to come in. As I’m starting to say I don’t remember her saying that it would be awhile, but that I was just asking, she says she’s canceling the reservation. I wasn’t even in a conversation with her and she clearly entered the conversation assuming she knew everything, but didn’t. The gentleman then stopped talking and pretended I wasn’t there. I asked what I said wrong because it felt like we skipped about 10 steps there it escalated for no reason and she said she’s not renting me a car. All I asked was how much longer approximately? After reading other reviews, it seems there’s a pattern of a woman there canceling reservations on a power trip, claiming people are rude when they’re not. I’ve never experienced something like this in my life. Will never rent from these people ever again. I’m appalled and now I’m out $100 ubering back and forth. That’s insane. We rented from Hertz for $65 cheaper and got a brand new car. We didn’t have to wait at all and they were so nice to us. I’ve always been pro-enterprise because I used to work there, but now I can see the company has gone downhill.

  Never been treated with such disrespect, was told the car needed to be cleaned, took over two hours then an employee said we will not be renting you the car because she didn’t feel like it. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Would never rent from Enterprise again.

  Many of the staff are nice, but they lack professionalism and knowledge. Don’t even bother calling because you might be on hold for 10 min. The first car I got was ok but it was only half full. The second car I got was dirty. To make matters worse, I waited over an hour for this dirty car because that day the inventory was low. They usually have a small selection, so if you’re desperate or on a budget, you get what you get.

  Great pick up and drop off experience. Staff super friendly and ready to help. The car lent to me was in great shape and condition , brand new with low mileage. Will come again to for any of my rental needs.
