  Time and time again this shop has attempted to lie to me and has cheated me out of proper service. I seriously urge you not to take your car to this Goodyear shop. In a single trip: 1. I asked that my wheels be balanced. I don't know what they did but two tires they supposedly 'balanced' were afterwards severely out of balance, worse than they were before. Another Goodyear (Gainesville) shop confirmed this and balanced the tires correctly. 2. Got an alignment. I have reason to believe the alignment report was fabricated. Car pulls to the right (only after alignment did it start to do this) so I go to another Goodyear shop to check the alignment and the toe on all 4 wheels was entirely out of spec. 3. I asked for my wheels to be rotated. A visual inspection revealed they did not, in fact, rotate the tires. After I confronted them, they admitted they made a mistake and took the car back in and finally rotated the tires. On an earlier visit, I asked them to find a leak in my tire as it was losing air. They said they couldn't find the leak. I looked and it was incredibly clear there was a large nail right in the center of the tire. I had to point it out to them and only then did they patch it. In that same visit, I asked that they balance that tire after patching it. The manager said "Of course. We always balance the tire whenever we remove it from the vehicle." When time came to balance the tire - as I was watching them - the manager decided to try and distract me by inviting me to look at the brake pad thickness. Meanwhile, the other employee finished remounting the tire and decided to skip balancing it. After I confronted them about not balancing the tire, the employee argued that it would be an extra charge. The manager told him he'd 'take care of it,' and only then did they balance the tire. I guess what the manager told me earlier was a bold faced lie. There is no excuse for this behavior time and time again. This Goodyear has proven to me they cannot be trusted. Try and fool me 5 times? Ridiculous.
