  Very friendly staff. They have a variety of vehicles to choose from, there is no long wait, and they provide explanation of the rental process.

  The manager has issues Francisco. He should not work with customers. Last time I had a reservation and he charges me more money telling me that it was more because of the taxes of the truck. And today I went again and I experience another issue with the same guy Francisco. I had a reservation for another location I they gave the car to somebody else and they checked and told me that and the location where Francisco is they have a truck available without reservation but again Francisco told me no you can’t have it.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Unfortunately, my interaction with the branch manager, Francisco, did not meet expectations. There appeared to be a lack of active listening and clear communication, which made the situation more frustrating. Additionally, his demeanor came across as unprofessional. As a representative of the company in a leadership role, I believe it’s important that managers reflect the organization’s standards of customer service. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as there is definitely room for improvement in how customers are treated at this location.

  All I have to say is WOW. I WAS DEALING WITH SHANIQUE AND PIERRE. They are the most informative, friendliest, caring agents I have ever dealt with . If I ever need to rent a car they are the only place I will go to and ONLY agents I will deal with . Thank you for having amazing employees.
