- MMMattJul 29, 20251.0Staff is rude and unhelpful Many of the employees don't know where items are stored in the back,and don't know how to maintain and operate the soda machines. On multiple occasions I've mentioned to an employee that one of the syrups is out and they've looked confused,asked other coworkers about it,and then informed me that no one present knew how to fix that or that only the manager knows how to do that. It's as simple as unscrewing a hose off one bag and attaching it to another The sinks in the men's restroom have the water pressure set too high,so the spray as it hits your hand soaks the paper towels in the dispenser The self check out kiosks are regularly out of service,with anywhere from 1-3 of them being down on any given day. The staff never put notices up on windows,so if the store is cash only,you'll likely not know until you have all your items and are waiting in line. This is a persistent problem and included a day when all the gas pumps were out of service,but they failed to put notices on any pump or any door The pizza is good when it's fresh,but they leave it out for hours until it gets dry and gross. The breakfast sandwiches are eat at own risk: they're usually room temperature and intestinal distress is 50/50. The roller grill could be hotter,the food that's on it is never particularly hot when you get it
