    It's written literally in their contracts that people can be killed on board your boat through their "COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE" and in such case you must waive your right to any recourse in that event! Even right to a trial by jury must be waived according to them! Their yearly contract actually allows them to CHANGE THE PRICE for any months during that year of contract for ANY reason. Anyone should go over any long term contract with a fine tooth comb that is signed by them because the legal part of their office is a Predatory operation. We chose this marina for use of the POOL and GYM in the same community and after naively signing for a long term boat slip thinking we could trust them we then realized that it is not allowed as per the contract not stating any of that :S We have a quiet clean boat and don't ever bother anyone, but these people just go too far and are crooks so don't sign their evil contract. They are setting themselves up for a class action lawsuit with these contractual practices. Shame on them.
