He checked under my hood with his instruments and saw it was in fact a dead battery and totally installed a brand new one from start to finish for me. He totally saved my day and was extremely thankful to him and especially the day before Thanksgiving no less as it saved me from having to find a car repair on a long holiday weekend! Thank you Anibal and Auto Zone!!

- ACAri CNov 4, 20255.0I had trouble with getting my battery started before work one day and had to call customer service for a copy of my receipt and warranty on the car battery I purchased some years ago, still under warranty, we ran into some trouble. When I originally purchased the battery it was not bought under my phone number and no traces of the purchase under my order history. I was so stressed and worried because I had never encountered this issue before so it was a learning process for sure. After a handful of calls and two days to figure out what could be done, a few representatives like Victor, JOHN, and ANDREW saved the day literally. I cannot thank them enough for getting to the root of the problem and provided efficient, most importantly effective, communication and customer service. YOU CAN RELY ON GOOD PEOPLE HERE, I cannot speak for every location considering the problem arose because of a different location (out of the city). Just be patient and remember everyone is human and your problem will get solved. I am very grateful!
