Sometimes one wonders why so many stores have continue to loose business to the point where they have close and go out of service, but owners/managers don't realize it's because the total lack of customer service is driving customers away. March 9, 2026 at about 5:30 pm, whoever you had in charge of the shift at the store, please train them some more before putting them in charge. I cheched online to ensure this store had the battery I was looking for and when I got there, the person at the front said they didn't carry it, I said, can you please check inventory because online it says you have stock. Answer was still no, I said isn't that battery right there behind you the one I'm asking you about? Of course it was, one has to be willing to practically work at the store if you want to find the things yourself. How frustrating and dissapointing, no wonder you're loosing business!
Nasty staff, very rude, older person eating at register and speaks in sign language and barely speaks English, I will give my hard earn money to another AutoZone that hopefully has better customer service and support...a waste of my time.
Orileys said bad battery. Julio with auto zone said bad connection and he was right.saved me 200$ and my battery was fine. Thank you julio
Antony Tutiven is an excellent costumer service representative, at autozone on 1513 N State Rd Hollywood FL. I went there to have my car battery checked and quickly resolved the problem. He is very kin d and respectful. Thank you. And I highly recommend this autozone🙏
