  I recently had some repair work done at Caffi Brothers Body Shop, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was courteous, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process, provided a detailed and honest estimate, and kept me updated every step of the way. The quality of the work was exceptional—my car looks as good as new.   Tristemente después de años de no verlos lo fui a visitar y el trato no fue agradable . El mundo dio vuelta y el mánager fue a pedirme trabajo . Llame para alguna recomendación y la que me contesto el teléfono me gritó y enganchó el teléfono. Customer service not good

  I got hit in the right front fender of my 2012 Toyota Highlander. They had a great price to repair, so we chose them. The did great on the fender, but when I pointed out that they didn't repair the part of the bumper that was hit, they shrugged and said that they'd have to paint the whole bumper. Instead they just put a little dab of paint there to try and hide it. I was under the impression that they'd repair all of the damage, not just what was the cheapest! The inside of my car was filthy and smelled like paint when I got it back as well.
