  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Andre. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to run a free diagnostic test on my car and clearly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

  Andrei was wonderful, he was kind, courteous. He gave me a clear display of options and pricing available. Confirmed I made a good choice. He also installed my wiper blades free of charge. Thanks for your time and care.

  Based on my experience, AutoZone was my favorite place for a long time the service was grate ,now two times I have gone there they do not know nothing ,know we have todo the search to find the auto parts, like I said before in my experience that is the way that service has changed, I hope everyone is treated better all the time.

  Wow!!! I had such a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Fabian and Andrei, who went above and beyond to help me. They checked my car, diagnosed the issue, and even replaced my battery quickly and professionally. Every time they are there, they’re always willing to help me with any problem I have with my car. Their kindness, knowledge, and dedication truly make a difference. They are the best of the best—thank you, Fabian and Andrei, for always providing outstanding service!

  A great example of extraordinary customer service. I needed help with my car and being a woman, I'm always a little nervous about going to any car repair shops/places. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth. "Big Will" opened the door for me like a gentleman. John, store manager, also greeted me and asked me if there was anything I needed help with. Fabian and Rene were extremely kind, professional and friendly. Big Will was able to help me with my needs, went above and beyond, and understood my current challenging circumstances. He never judged me, he wasn't pushy, but instead humble, helpful and went above and beyond for me. If you need to stop at an Auto Zone, go to this one. Spot clean, and the highest level of professionalism I've encountered at an Auto Zone. Even though it's not in my area, should I ever need help with my car, I will be coming back here.
