- CWCasey WilliamsFeb 28, 20265.0After my service started i was informed they did not have the filter for my car. I would have declined the service had i know they wouldn’t be able to properly complete a full oil change. I was still charged over $100 for the oil and that included a military discount. No oil change place will just change the filter so I’m stuck to get another oil change or run a filter two cycles which is not ideal. Update: there was a miscommunication and they did in fact change the oil filter. There was a bad gasket that had the oil leaking which would have been fixed under their warranty. Mr. Garcia the district manager clearly cares about his customers and offered to make it right even though the original issue was a miscommunication. He did his due diligence, and is clearly customer focused. Changed my review to 5 stars for this reason.

They loosened my transmission filter probably mistaking it for the oil filter and didn't tighten it back up, causing it to leak like crazy. Secondly I start getting oil alarms yesterday, it took 8 more quarts and I've driven twice as far since adding the 8 quarts and it hasn't lost a drop, it's a little high actually exactly where it would be if I had had 5 quarts in there from the oil change Itself. I feel like they didn't add all the oil they charged me for but good luck proving it. Either way they still suck.
