I had the OG receipt with me and Xavier looked at me and told me he can’t help me if the part was used … I tired to explain the situation but he walked away and hid in the back while the manager proceeded to tell me I had to go to another store. Honestly disappointing, horrible service and dismissive attitude is all your going to get from this location. Now I see why there’s always different people working that store. The location on international speedway would be the spot to go to 👍🏼 go see George or Ron

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
