  I rented a car from Enterprise when Sun Toyota took their car back that I had purchased because they didn’t wanna honor the warranty. The car had holes in it. The odometer was rolled back and it was absolutely disgusting. When I dropped the car off, I left the keys and took pictures anytime stamped videos. They called me two days later saying that there was a scratch on the car and that they were going to make an insurance claim. I have no tickets or accidents or violations on my driving record or criminal history at any point in my adult life. I am blown away by the bait and switch that occurred here.

  I would ask for Britney(holiday location)! She is the best and so friendly. Was just in an accident and she helped me get an suv that was in my price point w/ insurance. Nothing but good things.
