  I had a tow bar plate put on my 2017 Jeep wrangler. There is a plastic piece under the bumper that needs modified for clearance. The installation instructions where detailed on where and how much to modify. When I pickup the Jeep plastic piece was gone. They told me they did not do that type of modification and I would have to take to machine shop. They put the part in the back of the Jeep. When looked for the fasteners they where no where to be found. I ask for them and they finally brought them to me. They never stated up front they would NOT modify it. Guess I am going modify and put back on my self. If the manager and or owner reads this I figure you owe me $100.00 as I see the modification would take about 30 mins with jig saw. Your shop rate is $195.00 and hour. Please respond

  I purchased 2 MaxAir ll roof vent covers for my motorhome on 2-22-26. Salesman Scott waited on me. He was a tremendous help in answering my questions. Please let him know that his professionalism and knowledge was extremely appreciated.

  A very nice looking facility and I'm sure some of the help is good. Unfortunately the parts manager that helped me, got me to drive over an hour and a half to get a propane hose the one that they sold me was not the same as the one I had, but he told me it would work. Unfortunately that was not the case and I ended up having to drive a total of 3 hours including the return trip the next day to return the hose

  I had an outstanding experience with the service team at Camping World in New Port Richey, Florida, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Shannon, my service advisor, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative from start to finish. She truly took ownership of my situation and made me feel like a priority, even during a very busy time of year. Shannon brought Gary, the lead service tech, into the conversation to help diagnose an ongoing brake issue on my Coachmen Viking ROK 12K trailer that another dealership had completely missed. I had previously taken the trailer back to the original dealer I purchased it from on the east side of Tampa, and they told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with the brakes. Camping World’s team, however, didn’t stop at “we can’t find it.” With their diligence and attention to detail, they discovered a leaking axel seal that had allowed grease onto the brake components, which was the real reason my brakes were not working properly. Not only did they correctly diagnose and fix the issue, but they also turned the job around quickly without long waits for parts, and even took the extra step to clean things up and make everything look great when I picked it up. That extra care did not go unnoticed. Shannon’s communication throughout the process was top-notch, and Gary’s expertise restored my faith in RV service and camping all over again. If you need service work, warranty work, or simply a team that truly cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Camping World in New Port Richey. Shannon and Gary went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for the experience. Thank you for getting me safely back on the road with confidence.
