- DCDavid CastaldoDec 23, 20251.0Horrible service. Waited in line for 10 minutes listening to a couple girls talking in the kitchen while one girl was up front in the register. Self checkout not working. Instead of someone else coming up to help on the register they just chatted in the kitchen. Once I paid for my food, it sucked. The roller grill rolls were hard and have obviously been out for too long. Waited 10 min, spent $14 and left more irritated and still hungry than when I came in.

Leadership has got to do better. Get them replaced or at least get a pressure washer and during the evening clean one island a night. Just pure neglect.
