- RRRosa Ruiz1 day ago5.0I had a great experience at Miami Gardens service center. I had to replace the oil cover gasket on my SUV. I arrived 20 minutes before it opened. The manager Tony came to my car and asked me for the reason for my visit. I showed him the recommended repair from my last visit a couple months before. The repair was going to take a several hours Tony went ahead and ordered the parts needed. He asked me if I was going to wait there or come back. I told him that I would come back once the car was done. He said that he would call me. I received a call from Mitchell letting me know that it was almost done. Once I returned Tony worked with me applying coupons to help me in the repair costs. Everyone was pleasant friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the service that I received and want to recognize Tony for his help and guidance and Mitchell on the phone call, not many people today have phone etiquette. He was professional and informative
